Plex, tower or house: describe the actual route
A Montreal move may involve stairs, narrow halls, limited curb space and building rules. Share the entrance, carry distance and known restrictions with the quote request.
A Plateau plex, a downtown condo and an Ahuntsic house require different preparation. Volume, floor and any confirmed elevator window help define the handling plan.
For a plex, measure stairs, doors and tight turns. For a tower, the client should verify the elevator procedure directly with building management.
The client is responsible for checking parking rules at both addresses. DTHV can consider the confirmed constraints when discussing the plan.
Do you need to reserve space for a moving truck in Montreal?
Check the situation with the borough concerned. The City distinguishes, among other cases, using a permitted parking space from occupying public space in a way that requires arrangements. Nearby parking does not establish that a truck may use it; describe the proposed loading point without calling it reserved.
For example, a move from the Plateau to a downtown condo needs two separate access descriptions. This is a hypothetical situation: one end may involve stairs and the other shared spaces, but neighbourhood names alone do not establish the applicable rules.
