A tower, locker and house need different details
Share the permitted entrance, elevator procedure and available loading point. These facts matter more than the neighbourhood name alone.
The client confirms any elevator booking or loading window with management. DTHV can then consider the confirmed information.
Multi-unit buildings may require a service door, loading area or fixed hours. The client obtains those building rules.
For a house, report the driveway, garage, basement and any slope or distance that affects carrying.
Does an address near the REM provide truck access?
No. Being near a station does not identify your building's loading point. Brossard publishes parking rules, including provisions for certain areas near REM stations. Check the relevant address instead of applying one area's rule to the entire city.
For a condo in Solar or near DIX30, separate management instructions from street restrictions. Ask where loading is permitted and how to reach the unit from that entrance. An elevator and indoor parking do not establish that a moving vehicle can enter.
List the unit, storage locker and belongings kept elsewhere separately. For a house in a lettered sector, describe the route from the garage or basement instead. The information needed follows the building, not an assumed neighbourhood rate.
