Delivery Service
A large purchase, appliance or piece of furniture assessed before pickup.
The delivery service is intended for an identified furniture item, appliance or bulky purchase that requires planned pickup and transport. DTHV reviews dimensions, weight, addresses and access before confirming whether the request is suitable.
Delivery does not automatically include assembly, technical connection, removal of an old item or disposal. Only the services stated in the accepted quote apply.

A few practical situations to identify when you submit your request.
Furniture pickup
For one or more declared pieces that do not fit in a personal vehicle.
Appliance transport
For a disconnected appliance whose dimensions and route are suitable.
Do the seller and recipient have the same information?
Confirm the item, dimensions, packaging condition and exact pickup point. Ask when it can be released and who will be present. At the destination, describe the floor, access route and requested delivery location.
A store address does not establish whether the item is at a checkout, warehouse or service door. Likewise, home delivery alone does not define the agreed handling scope. Clarify both ends of the journey.
PREPARATION
Prepare the project before moving day
Accurate information supports a realistic scope adapted to the actual access.
- 1Confirm pickup hours, seller contact and that the item is ready.
- 2Provide exact dimensions, weight if known and photos of the item and access.
- 3Disconnect and prepare appliances according to manufacturer guidance before pickup.
- 4Arrange installation, hookups, old-item removal or disposal separately unless confirmed.

Which tasks should be kept separate from delivery?
Appliance connections, building alterations and technical installation should not be assumed. Also disclose any old item to move or take away; it is not automatically part of the original request.
If furniture may not fit through an opening, provide the item and opening dimensions before confirming. Delivery is not a promise that every item will fit into the chosen room.
