Storage-related moving support can be considered when belongings must travel to or from a storage provider chosen by the customer. DTHV does not claim on this page to own or operate a storage facility.
The customer remains responsible for selecting the facility, reserving the space, reviewing its contract and confirming access hours. DTHV's role is limited to the moving services accepted in writing.

Who provides the storage space?
This page concerns moving belongings to a storage location selected by the customer. It does not describe a facility operated by DTHV. Confirm the space with the storage provider before outlining the transportation request.
Share the address, relevant unit number, floor, access hours and route from the loading area. Verify storage conditions and accepted goods directly with the operator. A moving service does not replace the storage agreement.
PREPARATION
Prepare the project before moving day
Accurate information supports a realistic scope adapted to the actual access.
- 1Choose and reserve the storage provider directly; verify unit size and contract terms.
- 2Confirm facility hours, loading access, elevator and any identification requirements.
- 3Create an inventory and label boxes so needed items remain identifiable.
- 4Avoid storing prohibited, perishable, hazardous, damp or irreplaceable items.

Facility details
The customer supplies the confirmed provider address, unit and access instructions.
Inventory planning
Declared volume and access support the moving proposal.
Transport
Pickup or delivery follows the accepted moving scope.
Unit access
The customer or authorized contact provides entry and directs placement.
Prepare for storage now and a possible move out later
Separate stored belongings from items going directly to the home. Identify anything you expect to retrieve first, without assuming a particular placement service is included. Mention any second stop before the project is assessed.
Treat a later move out as another stage requiring confirmation: final address, inventory and preferred date. An initial delivery to the unit does not automatically reserve a return trip or future time slot.
