A pool table may contain heavy slate sections and finishes that require a documented plan. The make, dimensions, number of slate pieces and access at both addresses must be known before acceptance.
DTHV evaluates transport and handling case by case. Technical levelling, refelting, repairs or manufacturer-specific work are not automatically included and may require a billiard specialist.

Why identify the playing surface before arranging transport?
Provide the dimensions, model and surface material if known. A slate table and a lighter model are different items to handle. Include photos of the table, its position and the route to the exit.
Explain whether it is assembled or already in pieces, without attempting work simply to make it transportable. Keep available manufacturer information. Weight and access support a feasibility discussion; they do not establish a guaranteed crew size.

Moving, reassembly and adjustment are separate questions
Ask which operations the agreement includes. Moving the parts does not automatically include full reassembly, precision levelling, cloth replacement or cushion work. Identify those needs and obtain separate confirmation.
At the destination, describe the floor and passages to the intended room, not just the front entrance. This distinguishes the requested transportation from the work required to make the table ready for play.
